South Dublin Council Workers On Strike

Six hundred workers in South Dublin County Council are downing tools today in a row over pay cuts.

It meansTallaght and Clondalkin civic offices, as well as seven libraries, will be closed.

Staff in water, drainage and other services will only respond to emergency call-outs.
