Dublin will need at least 35-thousand homes to be built over the next 4 years.
A new report by the Society of Chartered Surveyors there are over two thousand hectares of rezoned land in Dublin, which could deliver up to 100 thousand houses.
But planning permission is available for just 26 thousand units.
