Searches Across Dublin Targetting Kinahan Cartel

Almost €30,000 in cash has been seized by officers after they carried out a number of raids across the city. Nine properties in Dublin have been searched by the Criminal Assets Bureau.

It's part of an operation against organised crime, with the Kinahan gang understood to be the targets of this morning's searches.

Properties in Inchicore, Drimnagh and Finglas were searched and are described as professional offices.

Approximately €28,500 cash and £700 sterling has been seized along with three cars an Audi A4, A BMW X5 and a VW Passat. 20 watches including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Tag Heuer Carrera and Luminor were also recovered along with a small amount of cocaine and cannabis.
