Evidence is expected to resume today in the trial of a man accused of murdering teenager Marioara Rostas in Dublin, 6 years ago.
38 year old Alan Wilson of New Street Gardens denies killing the 18 year old at a house on Brabazon Street in The Coombe between January 7th and 8th 2008.
Evidence was put on hold for more than a fortnight as legal issues were discussed in the absence of the jury but today it is due to resume.
The accused man Alan Wilson denies murdering Romanian teenager Marioara Rostas who the court heard was shot 4 times in the head and buried in a shallow grave in a wooded area of Wicklow.
The jury has been told they will hear evidence from Fergus O'Hanlon who will say he helped dispose of the body.
Marioara Rostas was last seen getting into a car with a man on Pearse Street on January 6th 2008 while out begging with her brother.
