Work has begun on the refurbishment of the city's Townsend Street flats.
The Peter McVerry Trust is renovating the building, to deliver 20 social housing units for Dublin City Council's housing list.
Originally built in 1909, the property has been vacant for over 10 years.
The project is due to be completed by mid-2024.
