Ireland's bailout has ended, but taxes introduced during the recession are here to stay.

Enda Kenny's confirmed we'll continue to pay things like the Universal Social Charge, the Property Tax and Water Charges.

The Taoiseach says he's determined to work his government as hard as possible, so they can fix the public finances, and get people back to work.

The confirmation comes as business group IBEC predicts Ireland's economy will grow by 3% next year.

The Jobs Minister says the latest economic growth forecast shows there is now optimism in Ireland.

The forecast is ahead of the Government's projection of 2% - which could be revised when its medium term economic plan is published this week.

Richard Bruton also says he believes next year's employment targets will be met.
