The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is looking for people to help run its 24 hour counselling line.

The support group is also looking for volunteers to work at its Sexual Assault Treatment Unit.

You don't need any previous experience or training, as DRCC says volunteers will be given training.

Right now, they're looking for:

  • Telephone Counsellors to staff our 24-hour Counselling Line outside office hours
  • Support Personnelwho will be available on a rota basis to attend the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit in the Rotunda Hospital

Applicants must be a minimum of 25 years old and live in the ‘01’ telephone area.

If you're intersted in volunteering, you can contact Dublin Rape Crisis Centre by clicking here.
