Russia's President, Vladimir Putin, has announced new economic sanctions against Turkey in response to the shooting down of a Russian military jet.
They include banning some Russian firms from hiring Turkish staff.
A spokesman for President Vladimir Putin said the response is in line with the threat faced by Moscow.
But a senior Turkish official said the measures will only 'deepen' problems between the two countries.
