Public meeting in Dublin about the Easter Rising

Families whose ancestors played a part in the Easter Rising, are being asked to get in touch with a new group commemorating the stories of 1916.

It's holding a special public meeting in Dublin today, to plan their role in next year's centenary events.

Secretary Una Mac Nulty says families have a really important part to play in keeping the personal histories and memories of 1916 alive:
