Anti-water charge campaigners are today ripping up their Irish Water bills in protest against the charge.
The demonstrators are also calling for people not to pay their water bills.
Protesters are meeting at the Garden of Remembrance at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
The campaigners will then march to Leinster House.
