A house in Cabra has been sealed off overnight following the discover of a man's body.
He was found by a relative yesterday afternoon.
It's understood family members of the man in his 40s called to his home on Glendhu Road, having been unable to contact him for a number of days.
They phoned the emergency services and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai have sealed off the house where his body has remained overnight.
It's believed the man was found with head injuries and a post mortem is due to take place today to establish an exact cause of death.
