A plan to create 10 thousand jobs in the Irish Financial Services Centre will go to Cabinet later this month.
A major report has been prepared for the government, drawing up 22 proposals to boost employment in financial technology companies.
The Irish Financial Services Centre employed 35 thousand people at the end of last year.
