More than 2 million euro worth of Emergency Department hospital bills are outstanding from 2013.
That's according to new figures from a Fine Gael Senator.
9.2 million euro in charges were due for emergency department treatment in 2013, but only 7 million was collected.
The 7 million euro figure also includes late payments from 2012, which could mean that the figure for outstanding payments from 2013 is even higher.
