This year’s Web Summit could be the last one in Dublin.
Over 30,000 people and 2,000 start-ups are expected to descend on the RDS in November for Web Summit, which is worth around 102 million euro to the city’s economy.
Organisers have confirmed they're in talks with a number of officials from other cities that want to host the tech conference.
Chief Executive Paddy Cosgrave wouldn’t be drawn on whether they’re staying or going.
One of the big problems with last year’s event was a WIFI outage at the RDS but Paddy says they’re working on making sure it doesn’t go down again.
Some of the main speakers at this year’s summit include Sean Rad from Tinder, Founder of instagram Mike Kreiger and Ed Catmull from Pixar.
