Brendan Gleeson could be in line for an Oscar nomination for his role in Calvary.
The Irish actor who played a catholic priest is among the 'dark horses' for an academy award nomination, according to US film website Indiewire.
Calvary, the low budget movie had the second highest per-cinema takings at the American box office last weekend.
It's expected to do even better as the film is rolled out across the US in the coming weeks.
