There's scientific evidence to prove why men forget everything they're told.

Whether it's picking up the kids, or grabbing a pint of milk on the way home from work, a new study has found that men are actually worse than women at remembering tasks.

They also found that it's not that men aren't listening, they just forget what they've been told,

They believe it could be down to differences in hormones or brain structure, or the fact that the memory part of the brain shrinks in men between the ages of 20 and 40.

But the study also found that memory can be improved with practice, as they encouraged men to write 'to do' lists.
