A woman has been arrested for murder in Queensland Australia.
It's after eight children were found dead in a house in Cairns when officers were called to the home following reports a woman was seriously injured.
The bodies of 8 children were found.
The mother of 7 of the deceased was treated for her injuries - thought to be stab wounds to the chest following the deaths.
But last night the 37 year old was arrested and put under guard at hospital.
Her children - were aged from 18 months to 14 years old - and one was her niece.
Officers haven't said how the youngsters died - but they're examining several knives found in the home.
