The Transport Minister says he has 'reservations' about a proposal to bring motor traffic down to one lane on Dublin's north quays.
It emerged earlier this month that it's up for discussion as part of a scheme which would encourage more people to cycle into the capital city.
Bikes would be given a two way lane under the plan, and a bus lane would be retained.
