Pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine have handed over the black boxes from flight MH17 to Malaysian experts.
Nearly 300 people died when the aircraft was apparently hit by a missile last week - with western nations pointing the finger at rebels.
It's expected further sanctions against Russia will be discussed as EU foreign ministers meet in Brussels this morning.
But Russia's Ambassador to Malaysia, Lyudmila Vorobyeva, believes such a move would be premature without evidence of rebel involvment:
