A man in his twenties, who was being questioned by Gardaí in connection with the death of a Polish man in Athlone on Friday, has been released without charge.
The body of 23 year old Patryk Krupa was pulled from the River Shannon on Friday night.
A 32 year old man appeared in court yesterday charged with his imprisonment and assault.
All three other men arrested in connection with the death have now been released.
The Irish Daily Mirror's Crime Correspondent Cathal MacMahon says Gardaí are hoping to speak to another man who was also the victim of an assault.
