A man's been seriously injured in a shooting on the Northside.
It happened just after 11 this morning outside a gym in the Balrothery area of Balbriggan.
A lone gunman approached the 45 year old man and opened fire, hitting him in the chest and arm.
He was rushed to Beaumont Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
