A man is in a critical condition after he was attacked in Dublin overnight.
It happened at an apartment on Kelly's Row, in Dorset Street at around a quarter to two.
A man in his late 20s was arrested. He's being questioned at Mountjoy Garda Station.
The victim, who's in his late 30s, was taken to the Mater Hospital but has since been transferred to Beaumont Hospital, where he's said to be in a critical condition.
