Three Men Arrested After Fatal Shooting In Limerick

Three men have been arrested after a fatal shooting in Limerick yesterday.

51-year-old Andrew O'Donoghue was shot in the head at a motorbike clubhouse at Mountfune in the village of Murroe at around 3 in the afternoon.

He was taken to University Hospital Limerick, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Three men, two in their late 40's and one in his 20's, were arrested last night in the Limerick area and are currently detained at Henry Street and Roxboro Road Garda Stations.
