Lord Mayor Opens Community Garden

Dublin’s Lord Mayor has opened the city's latest community gardens in Dolphin’s Barn.

Flanagan’s fields transforms a plot of land that formerly housed Block E of Fatima Mansions.

The garden is home to Dublin’s first geodesic grow dome – which allows 1000 lettuces to grow every week, all year round.
