Plans for a cycle lane along the Liffey have been unveiled.
This lane will run from Heuston Station and the Phoenix Park to the Point.
Four route options have been put forward, three of which involve a two way path along the north quays.
None of the routes involve taking lanes away from cars but some do involve partial diversons of traffic away from the riverside.
The fourth option involves one way paths running along the north and south quays.
The 4 designs will be put on display in the city council offices on Wood Quay next month for public feedback and work on the route is expected to begin next year.
