24 young entrepreneurs - from 17 counties- are competing in the first ever national finals of Ireland's Best Young Entrepreneur of the year competition.
Over 1,000 people aged between 18-to-30 entered the event which includes categories like 'Best New Idea', 'Best Start up' and 'Best Established company'.
The Jobs Minister Richard Bruton announce the winner at Google’s European Headquarters in Dublin later today.
Shane Byrne, CEO of App-development company 'Show-off' based in Wicklow is one of the finalists in the 'Best Established Business' category. He says it's a huge honour to reach the final stages of the competition.
