Ireland Is Through To The Eurovision Final

Ryan O'Shaugnessy's through to the Eurovision final.

The 25-year-old Dubliner got a big reaction to his performance 'Together' in Lisbon tonight.

And he was also a hit with voters and juries across Europe.

But there was a lot of suspense, as the Irish entry was the very last of the ten countries to go through.

Nine other countries made the cut tonight - Austria, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Israel, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Albania and Finland.

They'll join the six automatic qualifiers and the countries that make it through Thursday's second semi-final on Saturday.

It's the first time Ireland is through since 2013.
