A group of six Indian students living in Willow Park in Glasnevin say a local gang is inflicting mental torture on them.
They say the group in their late teens and early twenties have vandalised their homes and car.
The students also say that they have verbally abused them, threatened them and that every night between 9pm and 11pm they upturn their bins and bang loudly on the door.
The abuse has been reported to the Gardai.
