The Housing Minister says there has been no change to a plan to build a "cost-rental" housing estate in Inchicore.
The City Council still needs to approve the project, which will see around 470 homes built at St. Michael's Estate.
Most of them will be available to rent at below market-value, but they won't be available to buy.
Eoghan Murphy says, despite concerns from Junior Minister Catherine Byrne, the proposal is staying the same.
"We're going to have now a mix of I think it's 30% social, 60% affordable and 10% private", he said.
Minister Murphy explained that it's going to mean people will get "longer term leases, rents that are below market-rate in a fantastic part of the city".
He also promised that new libraries, shops and green spaces would be created as part of the development.
Last night, Eoghan Murphy survived a motion of no confidence in him as Housing Minister.
Sinn Fein put forward the motion, calling for a new person to take up the role and help solve the Housing Crisis.
It had been unclear whether Junior Minister Catherine Byrne would support him or not, following their fall-out over the planned St. Michael's Estate project.
In the end she did give the Minister her support.
Catherine Byrne, whose constituency covers Inchicore, has raised concerns about the "cost-rental" proposal, arguing that some of the homes should be made available to buy and not just rent.
