House prices are rising twice as fast in commuter counties as they in Dublin.

According to Real Estate Alliance, price increases in Meath Kildare and Wicklow have outstripped those in the capital for the first six months of the year.

The average price of a three-bed semi in Dublin comes in at just under 350-thousand euro.

That's an increase of almost 12 precent since December.
