The High Court will again hear the case of a pregnant woman who has been declared brain dead later this morning.
The woman's family wants the life support machine turned off.
She was declared brain dead on the 3rd of December, after being admitted to hospital on the 27th of November with severe headaches at 14 weeks pregnant.
Yesterday, a special sitting of the court heard there was no reasonable prospect for the unborn child, even if life support is continued.
A decision is expected to be reached on St Stephen's Day.
