Harry and Meghan have arrived in Dublin.

The royal couple touched down at Dublin Airport shortly after 5pm.

They were greeted by a number of dignitaries, including Minister of State for European Affairs Helen McEntee and the Mayor of Fingal.

Shortly after landing, they met with the Taoiseach at Government Buildings.

This evening, the royal couple has joined guests for a party hosted by the British Ambassador.

Guests at the summer party include Brian O’Driscoll, Vicky Phelan, Niall Breslin and Lucy Kennedy.

It's the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's first overseas royal engagement since they got married in May.

After this evening's events, they have a 'full itinerary' of engagements across the city tomorrow - including visits to Croke Park, Trinity College, the Irish Famine Memorial and EPIC, the Irish Emigration Museum.
