A gun has been seized during a raid in north Dublin.
A number of other weapons, including knives and baseball bats, were also found during a search in Ballymun yesterday, along with ammunition.
It was carried out as part of Operation Tara which aims to disrupt, dismantle and prosecute drug trafficking networks.
Officers attached to the Serious Crime West and DMR North Units were among those involved. A quantity of drugs, including cocaine, diamorphine and cannabis, was also found.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
