Nine Greyhound workers are due before the High Court this morning.
They could be jailed for allegedly blocking bin trucks at the company's Clondalkin depot, as part of the pay row which is now in its 13th week.
Yesterday, the owner said his company faces closure after the workers rejected proposals to bring the dispute to an end.
