Doctors are being urged not to sign up for the free GP care scheme, for under sixes.
The National Association of GPs held an emergency meeting today, to discuss the deal agreed between the Irish Medical Organisation and the HSE.
All 23 members voted to reject it.
However, it's up to individual GPs, to decide whether or not to sign up to the scheme.
