Gardai say the results of a post mortem on a man who died following an assault in Bray will dictate their next steps.
It's believed the 45 year old was injured in a one-punch attack outside the Royal Hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning.
An autopsy was carried out yesterday after he died in Beaumont Hospital.
Detectives say they're now "investigating all aspects of this incident to establish the facts."
