Hundreds of mourners are expected for the funeral this afternoon of Karen Buckley.
The 24 year old was murdered in Glasgow around two weeks ago.
This afternoon, mourners from across the country and beyond will say a final farewell to the student.
The body of the 24 year old was discovered at a farm outside Glasgow, four days after the nurse went missing on a night out.
Members of Scotland Police, as well as staff and students at Glasgow Caledonian University, where Karen was a graduate student, are expected at St. Michael’s church in Analeentha, a short distance from the Buckley family farm.
Father Joe O’Keeffe is the chief celebrant for the mass, with the burial taking place afterwards at St. John’s cemetery in Burnfort.
Karen is survived by her parents Marian and John, and her brothers Brendan, Kieran and Damien.
