The Taoiseach has supposedly drawn up a list of 17 women who he's fast-tracking as candidates for the next general election.
Under new gender quotas, Fine Gael must run at least a dozen extra female candidates when the government go to the country in 2016.
Failure to do so will cost the party up to 2 million euro.
It comes as Enda Kenny is dismissing claims that he could be replaced as Fine Gael leader before the next election.
