Final Budget decisions will dominate the agenda at this morning’s Cabinet meeting.
A number of members are yet to receive their spending limits, including Health Minister Leo Varadkar.
It’s understood a second Cabinet meeting may be called later this week to make sure everything is signed off on ahead of next Tuesday.
Last week, the Finance Minister told the Dáil that tax cuts were on the agenda so we can expect that to be the forefront of his colleagues considerations today.
However the Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin has yet to finalise the spending limits in a number of Departments, including the contentious Health budget.
