Farmers protesting against beef prices spent the night in their tractors in Dublin's City Centre.

A number of road closures remain in place around St. Stephen’s Green and Merrion Square as the demonstration continues.

Gardaí have warned there may be increased protest activity today.

Over 100 farmers descended on the capital yesterday.

They want a meeting with the Taoiseach this morning with some saying they won't move until he speaks with them.

There are a number of diversions in place for public transport, including Dublin Bus, as a result of the road closures.
