Fallon and Byrne is planning a flagship outlet in the Dundrum Town Centre.
It's looking to redevelop five redbrick buildings opposite the FlyeFit Gym on Sandyford Road in the village.
The centre's co-owners, Hammerson, say they're hoping to turn the Pembroke Square part of the shopping centre into a destination for foodies.
The company says "the regeneration of Ashgrove Terrace will breathe life back into this underused residential terrace. By using sympathetic architecture that draws on the heritage of the houses and enhances their period character, Fallon & Byrne’s new store will be a modern interpretation of these historic buildings providing a unique backdrop for Pembroke Square."
