The Taoiseach says the government is continuing to push for the retrospective capitalisation of the banks.
Enda Kenny said the European Council took a clear decision in June 2012, to break the link between sovereign and bank debt.
In an interview with Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum at Davos he said our high debt levels make us vulnerable.
And he said our fragile economy needs help to recover fully .....
