An elderly couple have been evicted from the home in Carpenterstown in west Dublin.
The house where Martin and Violet Coyne have been renting was repossessed by reps from the Sherrifs office this morning.
The pensioners are due back before a judge this morning for failing to vacate the property on previous occassions.
Martin Coyne said they were thrown out of their house in their night clothes..
