Eircom has launched apprentice and graduate programmes aimed at hiring 375 people.
It's the first large scale scheme of its kind at the company for nearly 30 years.
18 million euro is being invested at the group to enhance their skills base.
The Apprenticeship programme will recruit 60 apprentices a year and is open to anyone with a Leaving Cert.
This year’s programme begins in September for people wanting to work in Customer Service and as Assurance Technicians.
