Dunnes Stores workers are at the Labour Court this morning, to discuss better pay and conditions.
Members of the Mandate Trade Union, will be attending as part of their "Decency for Dunnes Workers" campaign.
Among the demands listed by staff are secure hours and earnings.
Dunnes employs 14-thousand people in 112 stores across the Republic of Ireland.
