Dunnes Stores workers are today launching a 'Decency at Work' campaign.
A rally will take place in the city centre at 1 o'clock this afternoon.
Dunnes Stores workers and their families will be leading the march from Merrion Square, to the Dunnes Stores Headquarters on Georges Street.
They're calling for job security, fair pay and the right to representation.
