The theme 'We Are Family' has been chosen for this year's Dublin Pride Festival.
In a somewhat provocative move, organisers hope it will tie in with the Catholic World Meeting of Families, which is being held here in August.
Pope Francis will visit Dublin for the Catholic festival, where he is expected to say mass in Phoenix Park.
The Dublin Pride Festival will begin on the 21st of June, ending on the 30th of the month when the parade will take place.
