The Irish Hotel's Federation is encouraging people to consider staycationing in Dublin this year.

Hotels in Dublin city centre are facing a difficult summer as occupancy in some businesses is at just 13 percent.

Hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses reopened across the country on June 2nd, with people encouraged to holiday at home.
