At least 12 people have been killed after a plane turned on its side in midair, clipped an elevated motorway and crashed into a shallow river in Taiwan.
Dramatic footage taken by drivers also shows its wing hitting a taxi as it came down in Taipei.
Teams of rescuers in rubber rafts are now surrounding the wreckage - 30 people are still missing. The domestic flight appeared to miss apartment buildings by metres.
