A Louth Community Alert Group has released a document from the late Garda Tony Golden which raises a number of concerns about the lack of police resources in the Dundalk district.
Garda Golden was shot dead in Omeath earlier this month in the line of duty.
In the document dating back to 2013 Garda Golden raises concerns about the reduction in Garda manpower and an over reliance on overtime.
